Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. After processed, your order will be shipped and delivered between 3-4 business days.
Products purchased through the Site will be subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions chosen by the User among the possibilities enabled on the Site. The information of the place of delivery is the sole responsibility of the User. After receiving the order confirmation e-mail, the User will receive an order dispatch confirmation e-mail with the respective guide number to track the shipment. If the User or another person is absent when they visit to deliver the order and no one receives it at the place of delivery, the Company or the third party authorized to do so will leave a notice showing the time of the visit. During the next three (3) days after the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made at home. In the event that no one receives the product again, a third attempt will be made which, if unsuccessful, will cause the product to be left at the respective distribution center where the User must go to pick it up.
